Treats2U Tyre Shop is completely dedicated to providing you with the most affordable solution for the premium brand tyres you need. The following Terms and Conditions cover the sale of goods through Treats2U Tyre Shop Online and call-in service and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Definitions
1.1 ‘Tyre Shop means Treats2U Tyre Shop (Registered Company Number 05284053) of Unit 1301, Menara Mutiara Majestic, No.15 Jalan Othman 46000 Petaling Jaya Selangor.
1.2 The ‘Customer' means the person who buys or agrees to buy tyres through Tyre Shop.
1.3 ‘Goods' means the tyres supplied in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices
2.1 The price of the Goods shall be that specified on the Tyre Shop website and confirmed within the order confirmation email.
2.2 All prices specified are inclusive of the following:
- Tyres
- Rubber valves (One per tyre)
- Off-Wheel balancing
- Installation charges
- Sales tax

3. Contract
3.1 Tyre Shop will email to Customer confirming that an order has been received. This email does not indicate that a contract exists between Tyre Shop and the Customer. Tyre Shop will indicate acceptance of the Customers order, and hence a contract between both parties, when the tyres are fitted. This has been included to protect Tyre Shop in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, Goods have inadvertently been under-priced, or Tyre Shop is no longer able to supply a particular tyre for some reason. In the case of a change of price, the Customer will be notified to ensure that the price is acceptable or given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

4. Payment
4.1 Tyre Shop will debit the Customers Maybank credit card with payment in accordance to the customer repayment preference for the tyre charges on or after the date of the Customers order.
4.2 If payment is declined by the issuer of the Customers credit card, Treats2U Tyre Shop will contact the Customer to establish an alternative means of payment before authorising the fulfillment of Goods and service.
4.3 When the Customers order is placed, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Tyre Shop. They are not held in clear text on any website.

5. Tyre Fitting
5.1 The tyres will be fitted by a tyre dealer nominated by the customer which is detailed in the order confirmation email.
5.2 Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to ensure that your vehicle tyre be fitted within 2 working days from the date of your order, date and time of fitting shall not be of the essence and Tyre Shop shall not be liable for any delay howsoever caused.
5.3 If the Customer fails to turn up at the dealer's shop specified in the order confirmation email, or fails to provide Tyre Shop with adequate notification of postponement, then the tyre dealer will contact Tyre Shop. Tyre shop will in turn contact the customer. In this instance, Tyre Shop will charge the Customer for the rescheduling of the tyre fitting appointment.

6. Ownership and Risk
6.1 The risk of damage to the tyres and vehicle shall pass to the Customer upon completion of the job specified in the Dealer Job Order Form.
6.2 The Customer shall inspect the tyres immediately upon completion of the job and shall notify the dealer and tyre shop within 48 hours if the tyres are damaged or the service do not comply with the details presented in the order confirmation email. If the Customer fails to do this, he/she is deemed to have accepted the job.
6.3 Any tyres in respect of which a claim of defect or damage is made shall be presented by the Customer at the Customer's risk and shall be retained for a reasonable period to enable Tyre Shop to inspect the Tyres.

7. Returns
7.1 In respect of Goods that have been returned due to a claim of defect or damage, should the claim be accepted by Tyre Shop, the Customer will be offered Tyres in exchange.

8. Privacy
8.1 Tyre Shop does not disclose Customers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment.
8.2 Cookies are used on this website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ' Tools | Internet Options | Privacy ' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

9. General Terms
9.1 Every effort has been made by Tyre SHop to ensure that no error or omission has been made in any website text, price list, order confirmation email, or other document, information or indeed advice given by employees of Tyre Shop. In this respect, correction shall be without any liability on the part of Tyre Shop.
9.2 In the event that Tyre Shop is prevented from carrying out its obligations under a contract of sale as a result of any cause beyond its control such as, but not limited to, Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Flood and Failure of third parties to provide the services, then Tyre Shop shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities under such contract of sale as long as such fulfillment is prevented.
9.3 Except as may be implied by law where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by Tyre Shop the remedies of the Customer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the tyres and Tyre Shop shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damage.
9.4 The laws of Malaysia shall govern the contract between Tyre Shop and the Customer.
9.5 If any part of these Terms and Conditions that is fundamental is found to be illegal or unenforceable, such findings will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.
