The narrow and rugged logger's trail which snakes through a series of mountain passes and valleys presents us with some spectacular views of mother nature at her purest!

The campsite is set within a small open area surrounded by decades-old trees and next to a shallow stream of gushing mountain water. Isolated from civilization, no phone calls, no internet, no TV, our hi-tech mobile phones are reduced to the role of an expensive MP3 player. |

For the next hour, the team went about clearing the area of debris, setting up the main tent and then it was off into the clear cold mountain stream for some skinny dipping! The near freezing cold water sent shockwaves across our bodies as we waded gingerly into the stream, but once our temperatures had adapted to the cold gushing water, our muscles relaxed and our minds drifted into paradise; deadlines, meetings and phone calls are all washed down stream by refreshing clear water.
